Do you deliver into Amazon FBA warehouses?
Yes. We coordinate delivery into Amazon FBA and other fulfillment warehouses in line with their appointment and labeling requirements, and we'll flag anything about your shipment that could cause a refusal at the dock before it ships — not after.
Is there a minimum shipment size?
No. Shared-container (LCL) service starts from a single pallet. And if a shipment is genuinely too small to move economically by ocean, we'll tell you that plainly and point you to the cheaper option — even when it isn't us.
My supplier quoted me FOB — what does that mean for shipping?
Incoterms like EXW, FOB, and CIF decide where your supplier's responsibility ends and yours begins. Most SME purchases from China are FOB (supplier delivers to the origin port) or EXW (you collect from the factory). Send us your supplier's terms and we'll quote exactly the legs you actually need — nothing double-paid.
Do I need to be in Minnesota to work with Strait?
No. Minneapolis is our headquarters, not our boundary — we arrange door delivery across the continental United States. You get the same single point of contact wherever your dock is.
