When you submit our quote form, contact us by email, phone, or WhatsApp, or become a client, we collect the information you provide — your name, company, contact details, and shipment details — and use it solely to respond to you, prepare quotes, and manage your shipments. Form submissions are processed by Netlify, our website host, and delivered to our company email.
We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it for any purpose beyond serving you. Shipment information is shared with the carriers, customs brokers, and delivery partners involved in moving your cargo — that is what makes the move possible — and with authorities where the law requires it, such as customs filings.
